Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:We are a factory with 20 years of professional production experience.

Q:Are your products safe enough for food storage or human body?

A:All of our material, PVC, PE, Nylon and Gel, is non-toxic. We have ISO13485,CE,MSDS, TUV,SGS, Disney certification. Some material is even edible or used as food preservative. That means they are safe enough for food storage.

Q:Can I get a free sample?
A:Yes, you can get our usual sample for free. If you need custom sample, you need to pay a little mold fee.

Q:What is your production time?
A:The production time for samples is usually 3-5 days, and the production time for bulk goods is usually 15-30 days, depending on the type and quantity of the product.

Q:What's your mode of transportation?
A:We support, sea transportation, rail transportation, air transportation, door to door transportation, we have long-term cooperation with freight forwarders, can provide competitive prices. Of course, you can choose your own carrier.

Q:Do you support custom packaging?
A:Yes, we support customized packaging, you can choose to use PE bags, color boxes to package your products, you can print your own LOGO on the packaging.

Q:What is your payment term?
A:We support credit cards. T/T,PayPal，L/C，etc.ODM, OEM order, 30% for deposit,70% against the copy B/L.

Q:What is the warranty of your products?
A: For all products we have common warranty, based on standard warehouse situation specified by us.
