We offer reliable, comprehensive, and meticulous custom production services for hot water bottles to our B2B clients. samply operates a 6,000 square meter factory with 10 production lines, achieving an annual capacity of up to 6 million units. We also have a professional BS testing laboratory and a storage capacity of up to 4 million units.

Service Process

Communication
You can reach out to our sales representatives to discuss your requirements. You may provide 2D drawings or share your ideas, and we will present your concepts through 3D models for you to choose from or adjust.

Confirming Requirements
Once the requirements are confirmed, we will provide standards for product inspection and offer dimensional support for stopper design, as well as design and manufacture specialized injection and compression molds.

Production Arrangement
After the molds are completed, we will begin scheduling the production line to ensure completion before the deadline.

You can provide the stoppers, and we can package them together, or we can manufacture stoppers according to client requirements and package them as finished products.

Packaging
